The Terrorist is a film that has world of references that can be effectively incorporated into the making of a low budget film.It was shot on a budget of around a 25000 $.

Santosh Sivan entered the protagonists mind by studying close ups using an Arri 35-III outfitted with a Zeiss 60mm T3 macro lens. The Terrorist was filmed on slow stocks.
